Plans and prices

Good to know before you start

• Prices are in US dollars, per month. How tax such as VAT applies will be set out with the final prices.
• Each organization can have one free trial, of Research or Organization.
• When a trial ends and no plan is chosen, nothing is deleted. Your organization can still open, search and export everything. It cannot add new projects, locations, private sources or invitations until an owner chooses a plan.
• When you reach a limit of your plan, you keep everything you have and can still export it. You cannot add more of that one thing until you change your plan or make room.
• Each plan has a monthly AI budget, in US dollars. When an organization's AI spend for the calendar month (UTC) reaches it, new AI tasks don't run until the 1st of the next month. Uploads, search and everything else keep working, and nothing is charged beyond the budget.
• Personal is for one person. It has everything in the app, but no team: you cannot invite anyone. To work with other people, create an organization and choose Research or Organization. Both add team members, invitations and writing together; Organization also adds regular team meetings, from a weekly check-in to a quarterly review.
• Research has only the Research menu: no institutions, meetings or briefings (Statecraft), and no Initiatives. Organization has all three.
