My work

Initiatives → My work gathers what is yours across every initiative you can see:

• Tasks assigned to you that are still open, soonest due first, with their initiative and due date. A blocked task shows what it is waiting on. A task waiting on another task shows Waiting.
• Milestones you answer for that are still open.
• Initiatives you own: the ones where you are the named owner.
• Your decisions, last 90 days: entries in the decision log where you are the decider.

Choose any item to open its initiative. Change a task's status there; see Initiatives.

My work shows only your own items. Nobody else sees a list of your work or a count of it, and the Execution Dashboard never breaks figures down by person.

Reminders

You are notified, depending on your notification settings, when:

• an initiative, milestone or task is assigned to you;
• a task in an initiative you own or are assigned is blocked;
• a milestone or task assigned to you is due within two days. This reminder comes once for each due date, and again if the date moves.
