Program analytics

Execution → Programs compares programs: how much work they get done, how many of their commitments they keep, how long work takes, and how their spending tracks the plan. It sits alongside the Execution Dashboard.

Every member can open it. Each figure counts only the initiatives you can see: a restricted initiative is included for the members who can see it and left out for everyone else.

Grouping

Choose By portfolio (each portfolio is a program) or By project (each project is one), and how many weeks of trend to show, from 4 to 52 (12 by default).

The figures

For each program:

• Throughput: tasks done in the window, and per week on average.
• Milestone hit rate: of the milestones that came due, the share completed by their due date.
• Cycle time: the median days from a task being created to being done.
• Budget burn: per currency, expenses that are not void against the approved budget lines of the program's budgets, with spent ÷ plan.
• Trend: the same figures week by week (Monday to Sunday, UTC), oldest first.

Never per person

Program analytics counts a program's work, never a person's. No figure is broken down by who did the work, and no person is named. To see your own work, use My work.
